The staff member was called Sue. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with the destination we booked so that really helped. She made us feel welcome and put us at ease.

Ebony was fantastic!
Ebony was fantastic!! I can’t rate her highly enough, nothing was too much trouble. Ebony was happy to answer all my questions and queries and at no point did I feel like a nuisance asking for multiple price options (I did ask a lot of her). She was also super easy to chat to, and following my initial enquiries Ebony promptly sent all the details via email, and again with more pricing options.
I really hope this gets fed back to her because she’s genuinely brilliant! 🤩
