Lovely travel assistant, very helpful information about cruises and where to locate on the ship. Only downside was my name being spelled incorrectly, however he did everything he could to rectify it.

I always visit Hays at Meadowhall for booking my holidays. Adam, the store manager takes the time to find just what I'm looking for, at very competitive prices. Nothing is too much trouble, and he goes above and beyond to find a holiday that is right for me. Thank you!

We had a great experience booking through hays! We had Caitlin from the Meadowhall branch and the service we received from her was second to none! She listened to everything we needed for our family holiday. She had first hand experience of the places she suggested for us so her knowledge helped us decide! She sorted the special assistance out for our little boy who has additional needs so we have a stress free time in the airport! Thank you Caitlin x

Very friendly and useful got all information needed

I have been using Hays in Meadowhall for many years now and will continue to do so.The staff are experienced and friendly and know what we need,We have two holidays booked this year one in 3 weeks time to Greece and one in Nov to Gran canaria. I cannot think of anything you could do better .We booked the Greece one in Chesterfield and the experience was not good compared to Meadowhall.

Try helpful staff Sean at Meadowhall was excellent he took a lot of trouble and sorted everything for our cruise.

Booking process was straight forward, valuable help and support from staff member.

Very friendly atmosphere as we walked in. We had gone to book our next cruise with Bethany who we have always dealt with previously. She was there to greet us with her usual smile and enthusiasm and was pleased to hear about how much we enjoyed our last cruise. She speedily went through the booking process having remembered most of our details and requests previously. As always we were happy to receive a very efficient and first class service.

Was very good knew what I asked for was served very quickly, holiday booked and paperwork sorted will defo recommend the service and staff .

The staff member was called Sue. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with the destination we booked so that really helped. She made us feel welcome and put us at ease.

Carl was exceptionally patient, taking the time to help me identfy which holiday would be best suited to me and my budget.
