Could not ask for better assistance from Ellie. She sorted out the holiday to Jersey no problem and was very attentive to our requirements.
That also applies to Christine who booked our Lanzarote holiday as well.

We have booked thru Hays on many occassions,mainly because we prefer having face to face booking.
