The lady we spoke to was very helpful and went above and beyond to find us a holiday to fit In with our requirements. We wanted to go to Rimmini or Lido de jeselo but unfortunately there was no flights there. So we went with our second choice Malta. Why don't the tour operators go to this part of Italy as it is beautiful?

I’ve booked all of my holidays through Hays Travel and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. What I really like is that they don’t just throw a couple of options at you and leave you to it—they take the time to understand what you actually want and then come back with a proper range of holidays to choose from.

The staff are always helpful, friendly, and professional, and they make the whole process feel easy and stress-free. It’s nice having someone who does all the searching and planning for you, especially when there are so many choices out there.

For me, the service and personal touch make a big difference, and I always feel looked after from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend them if you want a straightforward, well-organised way to book your holiday without the hassle.

Experienced staff who are very helpful three members of staff helped with my booking at Metrocentre Gateshead Joanne the Manager is very helpful and friendly and Steph and Christine who helped to search and complete my booking explained everything fully and made notes of any requirements. They have helpful friendly and experienced staff who are on hand at all times. Well done again Thanks

Steph is always really helpful and nothing is ever too much hassle for her. She always makes sure to pay attention to detail to really try and create your perfect holiday. Steph even went as far as to contact the hotel and request a quieter room for us as I’m currently pregnant.
