Very friendly service. Elliott looked into other options I hadn't considered, which I appreciated because it was a thorough approach. Store nicely presented and open late.

Called into Hays, have booked with them before.
Always thought of Hays being a top travel agent, never been disappointed.
Good experience yesterday, agent never rushed my wife and I, listened to what we wanted, and came up with other options.
We finally booked an alternative, with knowledgeable interaction with the agent.

The young lady we booked our holiday with was very dour, miserable and generally unhelpful. It was clear she just could be bothered to deal with customers. She gave us little information or options and hurried our booking. One week later and we still had not received any information or confirmation, not even a booking reference meaning we had to contact your Gateshead Metro Centre branch to chase things up. Very disappointing and overall a very poor and disappointing experience with yourselves. Unlikely to book through Hays again.

Our travel agent was very thorough. He shared his extensive knowledge of cruises with us and did some research for us before our visit. He then talked us through every part of the booking process in such a thorough and friendly manner. He's an asset to Hays!!!

The girls always always go above and beyond with both North shields and the Metrocentre branches
Wallsend branch unfortunately are not very helpful at all

Cara went above and beyond booking our group trip away. She listened to our needs and provided a variety of options suiting our dates and budget. She worked closely with suppliers to find the best rate and kept us updated at all times. Excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone/emails. Incredibly responsive. When she was on a day off her colleague Andrew stepped in and progressed the booking. Again excellent customer service. Would highly recommend to book with Cara and Andrew. Great service.
