Service above and beyond
I check online for my best friends holiday in Cyprus, and asked sarha could she look at it for me. She informed me that hays could match the price and would also speak with the airline as my partner is a very nervous passenger to arrange for use to be sat next to each other. This is throught was a very nice touch, showing she cares about people's holidays. Thank you sarha

Trip to Venice, Bologna and Florence
Hays Travel,Middlesbrough arranged flights, transfers and accommodation for our holiday to Venice, Bologna and Florence. Everything went without a hitch and was stress-free. Matilda was efficient, friendly and her communication was excellent.

Extremely helpful…
We only called into Hays travel to enquire about the availability of a holiday we had seen. Sarah the assistant who we spoke to was extremely curious helpful and informative. In short we booked the holiday which was very good value. We will be calling back to book another holiday later in the year.

Wonderful 1st Class service
Wonderful 1st Class service. Sophie and Sarah were especially helpful, patient and ensured all my queries were answered (and there was a lot of queries!!!) and any discrepencies in the booking were corrected. Fantastice service from the staff at Hays Hill Street Middlesbrough - as ever.
