MAJORCA HOLIDAY
Looked after by Sarah she was very knowledgeable, gave us great feedback on the location we had chosen. Showed us lots of options nothing was too much trouble for her, very polite very professional as all the Hays staff are. Always book with Hays highly recommend them.

Inexperienced staff, didn't really try
Went in to find out information about a holiday advertised on website, the young girl didn't seem to know how to find it, called over the manager who put her onto one of your partners website. None of the holidays matched and were alot more expensive. Didn't attempt to find the holiday on another partners website, told us she would look into it and call us back. Guess what, no callback, didn't expect one to be truthfull. Had previously requested info via email. No reply there either. Will go elsewhere.
