Last minute major changes because of Middle East crisis
Because of the issues in the Middle East we had to change our holiday plans. Within 24 hours of confirmation that our flight to Dubai was cancelled, the team at Hays Travel Middleton had found a new routing for us, charged the hotel in the Maldives and found one in Istanbul for a 3 night stop on the way back. All this just 48 hours before departure. They also made the declarations for the Maldives and also managed the boarding details for our Turkish Airlines flights, thus saving us some time and effort. We cannot thank the Hays Travel Girls for making our holiday happen, even it was different from planned.

Genuinely happy staff.
Staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. Sensed my nerves as it was my first time booking a holiday and wasted no time making me feel at ease. They have found me the most perfect holiday for my honeymoon. Nothing was too much trouble, wheelchair assistance and our preferred seats were sorted for me and they even went as far as emailing the hotel to tell them its our honeymoon. Aftercare also wasn't too much, I got a phonecall just to let me know that they had arranged and confirmed everything.
The staff were excited for me even though we'd just met. I left feeling so happy and excited.
