I was looking for ideas for a cruise and stay holiday in the Caribbean, spoke to Leah in the shop in Mildenhall and was quickly fixed up with a brilliant holiday

The lady (Heidi) that assisted me went above and beyond.
I felt no stress and it all went smoothly.

I was looking to book my first trip to the US, pretty clueless on what was a good deal. After speaking with Russell, he went above and beyond to find me an alternative offer which was even cheaper than the current deal I’d found. This resulted in me booking my holiday, feeling satisfied with the package and speed of the process! Quick and clear communication, with a clear and efficient customer service experience. The service we got when booking our cruise was excellent. We had already been in previous to enquire about cruise and to get an estimated price on it. We phoned in advance to say we would be coming in to book and pay for the cruise, the member of staff had it already saved on the system for us, while we were there she also sorted out our parking and our holiday insurance so we could pay for the total amount altogether. It was all quick and easy and we could not have asked for better customer service.
