Quick and easy to sort out

We found Rachael was very friendly and extremely good at her job.
She provided us some invaluable insights to help put together a lovely package holiday for our family thank you so much Rachael!

Our agent Rachel was personable, knowledgeable and very efficient. She booked us the holiday we wanted at the time of year we wanted (she even checked out local scool holiday dates, average resort temperatures etc for us to help us decide) and at a price we were prepared to pay.
What's not to like?

I was lucky enough to be helped by Clara at the Mirfield branch. I was after a last minute holiday (leaving in 5 days) and was quite specific about what I wanted, which narrowed my options down a lot. Clara was a delight - friendly, patient, curious, and very helpful. I really felt like she was invested in getting me the holiday I wanted. And she did!

I wasted so much time trying to self serve online with other companies, only to find holidays advertised were unbookable/sold out.

This experience has made me swear I will only book my holidays with a human in future, and can’t recommend Clara and Hays Travel, Mirfield enough. She also helped me sort my airport parking and my holiday money so everything was done in little over an hour. And the holiday was just what I asked for!

We’ve booked our last 4 trips here and haven’t been disappointed with anything. Great advice, great holiday choices and great service. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and make everything so easy and stress free.

Rachel was extremely helpful, pleasant and very efficient. She was totally on top of her job and we felt very confident in her. She has forward planned to be in touch with us nearer to our departure date.

Rachel at the Mirfield branch was amazing. I had (at that point) never booked a holiday before, but I wanted to take my daughter abroad for the first time for her birthday. The plan was Paris, but the deal and flight times/schedule she found me for Milan was one I wouldn't have found on my own. Plus she followed up to see how it went.
