Booked with Hays Mold branch everyone was helpfull and welcoming and all with a cheery smile.
We booked a special anniversary holiday staying at 6 destinations, Christine dealt with our booking and spent quite sometime to get things just right for us and really went above and beyond for us.
Highly recommended and will be booking again in the future.

Efficient and helpful staff
Thanks to Christine, Manager, Katie and Laura for assisting with our holiday booking to Kefalonia.
Katie spent a long time helping to find our original booking, much earlier in the year, with which we were very pleased. Nothing was too much trouble.
Due to a change in my husband's health needs I requested to change the hotel in August .
Laura was also excellent and liaised with Jet 2 and an alternative was found. We were delighted and had a great holiday.
Staff are so easy to talk to; well informed and make the whole process of booking a holiday so enjoyable ! Would highly recommend this branch of Hays Travel in Mold and a big thank you to all.

Outstanding Service from Debbie at Hays
I always book with Hays. I had to cancel due to a health issue and this was dealt with by all the staff very sensitively and kindly. I have rebooked through them and dealt with Deb. Her service was outstanding. As she was so busy in the day she called me in the evening which was very unexpected but very kind. I would definitely recommend Hays and Deb and the girls.
