Excellent Hays Travel Mold
I walked into hays mold for the very first time and was greeted by this amazing and bubbly lady called Debbie. We sat down and she really took the time to understand what I needed from my first ever solo travel after coming out of a relationship she made me feel at ease and very comfortable. Having never been on holiday on my own…
Having never been on holiday on my own or booked a holiday even I was in need of advice. I knew what I wanted but didn't know how to find it. I spoke to Laura and she really listened. She took her time and went through all the options, found 3 she thought were suitable. She had extensive knowledge of the places we were looking at and so what would be best for me, a nervous first time traveller on my own in desperate need of a holiday. There was no pressure, I took my 3 options away and did a little more research of my own, made a decision and booked! I'm so glad I chose Hayes!

Great staff
