As always a pleasure to visit the Mold store. I don’t mind spending money when I am treated so well.
My one gripe is the appalling acoustics in the store, if it is busy it’s very difficult to hear and be heard. This needs improving as a priority.
No reflection on the staff but a very sad indictment on the company.

Staff very professional and friendly .Shop has a very relaxed atmosphere. We had a brief for our holiday and the package that Hays put together exactly meets our needs. Staff very informative about our holiday and gave us some useful information on visa requirements/general info. I don't think we could have put this package together by ourselves. Hays offer a great service highly recommended.

Fantastic knowledge staff
Fantastic knowledge staff, we were extremely impressed with the staff and the level of detail about several different locations.
I did however feel that due to the size of the shop there wasn't any privacy. 4 desks and 8 customers not ideal

That you can have confidence in Travel Agents and that if you are not good or do not have a computer there are agents who are willing to take the trouble to help you.
The experience at your Mold Branch was courteous helpful efficient and clear making booking a holiday easy. As I had experienced the exact opposite at the branch of Hays on The Retail Park in Broughton. This experience in Mold renewed my confidence in Travel Agents.
