Karen is such a wonderful lady. We sat with her for ages looking at holidays and she was amazing. Her knowledge of everything was fantastic plus she was so careful to explain everything we had lost a cruise due to visa application not being done in time. I will definitely be using hays again as we have before lots of times.

We went in to the travel agents on the spur of the moment to enquire about the availability of flights and accommodation in Spain for January 2026, as we had heard the hotels were pretty well booked up for next year. A young lady by the name of Gracie-Mae dealt with us. She was a very capable young woman, who before we knew it, after reviewing various hotels , and discussing booking dates and flights and hotels. She was very pleasant, professional and patient. We left having booked for next January, with hotel booked in Liverpool for the night before our flight, and everything organised as far as possible, for a holiday 10 months away. The premesis nicely spaced so not to impinge on other people also booking hols.

Hayes Travel Moreton Staff are the best travel agents I have been too, friendly, welcoming staff who ask all the right questions and find you exactly what your looking for. Each of our requests was met and our tweaks and changes were done with no hesitation.

Ben was very helpful and made my day he told me alot of his day to day life and all about the liverpool museum, he let me use the toilet and was just a delight to talk to, he helped me so much and I got everything I asked for and more

Booking the holiday was made so simple by the member of staff who was called lucy, she gave us all the time needed to make our decision on were to go flicking through different countries and resorts to find us the deal with in our budget range, nothing was to much hassle for her
