Applaud staff member “Karen” who was very helpful in all aspects of our booking from start to finish.
Advised us on the length of travel time regarding the coach transfers from the Airport to our chosen destination in the Algarve.
Karen also explained the pros & cons re the incline in our chosen resorts (due to my hubbies walking difficulties), this helped us choose the most appropriate area for us to stay.
Overall very happy with the service & our booking 😁👏

Lucy listened to our 'wish list' and came back with some answers the same day as our visit. Following some amendments we were able to book by telephone and the whole process was incredibly quick and efficient.
We are delighted at the deal we have been offered and we are looking forward to our long-awaited trip to Venice next year.

I contacted the company after weeks of looking for myself online and couldn't find anything that fitted what we wanted. I spoke to Zoe and after an hour or 2 gave me 3 great options however they were still missing things. I told Zoe why those weren't suitable and she came back with another 2 brilliant options and I went ahead and booked one of these. We can't wait for our holiday now!! Thanks Zoe.

All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We prefer the face to face experience rather than booking on line.
