We met Gracie when we went into Hays Travel’s Moreton Branch .
She was very helpful in finding us a holiday in Portugal .

It started with great service on booking the holiday. The flight was on time and service on the plane was first class. The whole holiday was a joy free of any problems.

We waited until the seats / transfer formalities were booked a few days after we booked our holiday and I am pleased to say that Gracie-Mae was totally professional and talked us through every part of our holiday meticulously. She was a pleasure to book our holiday with and a credit to Hays Travel. We use Trailfinders mostly but will consider and recommend Hays to our friends due to Gracie's patience and diligence.
