I found it a great experience
I found it a great experience, my agent Courtney was really lovely, made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, very down to earth, explained everything in detail and was very reassuring, it was my first time ever booking a holiday abroad through a travel agents so wasn't sure how it all worked, she made things really clear and I'm very pleased with the outcome, I highly recommend Hays travel, I'll definitely use them in the future
