Fantastic service and one to one care
Welcomed as soon as we walked through the door and were asked how we could be helped. Courtney was friendly and patient spending time to find our perfect wedding anniversary holiday, showing us options in 3 different countries. She showed us online reviews so we could make an informed decision. Courtney was well informed, friendly and funny. We really loved meeting her and are really looking forward to our holiday to Morocco.

Straight forward on the enquiry
Straight forward on the enquiry. Came back to book a couple of days late. Matched the price online. Went well. Issue with seat booking which was jet2 problem but Hays tried to resolve it but required a call from us to sort it but the travel agent was patient and trying to resolve the issue. Kirsty was very friendly and helpful

Fab staff at Morley Hays
Fab staff at Morley Hays. Nothing is too much trouble as I ask for lots of different quotes for days and nights.
Booked twice with them in last 18months and love having a chat when I’m there.
