Sam was brilliant, helpful and patient, I had lots of questions for him and he explained a lot and said he would help with all the formalities that would be needed nearer the time of the holidays. I can honestly say that he has been the most helpful person I have ever met when booking a holiday. He is an asset to your company.

Visited Nantwich store mainly to confirm details of a cruise that I was interested in and was planning to book myself online. SAM was excellent!! He answered all my questions in detail, shared his own experiences, and found me a better deal. He was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable but mostly he was so very patient when I asked so many questions. He gave me the confidence to book my cruise there and then. Fantastic service. I don't live local, I was visiting a friend but I would def travel to Nantwich store again for this level of service.
