I like the way Hays advertise their holiday deals. I use a Hays agent that works from home and we communicate via messenger or when I’ve needed to we’ve spoken by phone.
Natalie is always on hand to answer any questions even when the holiday is booked and is always quick to get back to you.
I’ve booked three family holidays and three city breaks and have found the holidays to be excellent value for money, with a no hassle booking process. Would highly recommend.

Amazing service, and really easy to book a holiday
Natalie was so helpful, friendly, really good communication. Quick and prompt with her replies. It was really helpful that I could pay in installments. As a single mother, I wouldn’t have been able to book this holiday if I had to pay in full.

Absolutely brilliant service as all ways from Natalie and her team, with booked most of our holidays with Natalie and will continue to do so.
Nothing is to much trouble and she’s always there to help, when covid hit, she couldn’t do anymore to help us, even daily calls as we was flying out to the states but a week before we was hit, she was there to calm the nerves, Natalie is a true superstar
