This was our first experience of booking a holiday in 25 years. Kerry made the whole experience friendly, smooth and very informative. Kerry had an amazing knowledge of the hotel we choose in Corfu. From hotel booking , carparking and insurance we came away knowing our holiday would hopefully go smoothly. I addition she said if we had any problems to come back and she would help deal with it.

It is important that the member of staff understands what you are looking for and listens to your requests. The staff at Hays Travel do just this. They have staff who have long experience in travel and are prepared to share that experience which can be very useful.
And they give advice you can rely on.

Lovely travel agent who made 2 bookings for us. She was very efficient and through and went through the bookings in detail to ensure that there were no errors. We didn’t feel rushed at any time even though the office was very busy.
