We called in for some information to make the most of an upcoming 'holiday of a lifetime'.
Not only did we get the information, but after about four hours we had a multi-centre itinerary for the trip and it was all booked!
Nothing was too much trouble and all the 'i's were dotted and 't's crossed, and double checked that it was what we wanted.
All the staff were friendly, warm and welcoming, making the experience feel comfortable and not an ordeal.

After just popping in to ask a few questions Mollie spent the next 2 hours helping us book a holiday to Sri Lanka. She was excellent with her knowledge and patience. Made sure we were happy at every stage and explained everything. She offered us options and understood what we required. Never felt rushed or pressured but did end up booking😁 Thank you Mollie for helping us get the holiday we wanted.
