Personal and helpful service as usual makes it so simple to book the type of holidays I require Special mention must go to Lola not only sorted our my flight to France but also found me a holiday for classic trip to Spain for later this year

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, got exactly what I was looking for and the process was easy.

Very helpful & very straightforward. Why spend hours scrolling the internet when the amazing team at Newark can do it for you & it was no more expensive.

My cousin and I came in with no real decision on where we wanted to go next year to celebrate our big birthdays, other than warm climate, a pool, scenery and a vague idea of dates.

Lola was very helpful and patient on our first visit, and gave lots of helpful suggestions and we left with a couple of options. While we didn’t go back for a couple of weeks, I contacted Hays Travel Newark via email in the meantime to assure Lola that we would be back to book, but due to work schedules and events booked it was finding a day when both of us could come back in.

Lola was again very helpful and informative via email about further suggestions to look at.

We eventually were able to pop back into store, and while it was very busy, when it was our turn to sit with Lola to look at options, we didn’t feel rushed at all, even though we were still undecided 🤣.

We eventually found a holiday for July 2027 (one of the emailed suggestions) to celebrate our 40th birthdays. Very much looking forward to it.

All the staff are always very personable and helpful at Hays Travel Newark.

All the staff at the Hays office in Newark are very helpful. This time it was Mollie, and she was very friendly and professional and our fairly complicated requirements were met, no problem.

I go back to Hays because of their professionalism, knowledge, friendliness and helpfulness. It is good to now you have confidence when travelling.

Shelley and Lola were both fab pricing and booking our holiday for us, always go above and beyond.

Due to Government Guidelines, I had to cancel my Cuban adventure that I had booked with Sophie at the Newark branch, she ensured that I was refunded in full and gave me customer care second to none! I have just booked an adventure to India with Sophie's help who was as enthusiatic and excited as I am and with her help and the help of her colleagues Lola and Mollie I have not got this new adventure to look forward to. A massive thank you to all involved!!!
