Fantastic experience
We went into Hays Travel in Newport on 6th August.
Hayley was amazing. All we knew was the date we wanted to go and we wanted something a bit different.
She went through so many different holidays, cruises but would not give up.
She found us an amazing holiday for a special birthday which we would never have thought of. I also think she has given us great ideas for our next 2 holidays.

Booking our cruise, everything under one roof
From entering the building to leaving we felt the booking process was well delivered by the knowledgeable staff. We've booked our second cruise and did it all through Hays travel Newport, because our first cruise went without a hitch . We chose select, we chose our cabin, got the coach transfers, on board credit, freedom dining and our insurance. Last time we got our travel money too, so when the times right we can do that again. Thank you, you were amazing.
