Called to book a holiday after previously speaking with Shona. As usual the experience in this store was a very positive one. Dealt with Shona who was very friendly, listened to what I wanted and made booking very quickly and efficiently. Also, very thorough, checked re travel insurance and advised re the currency bureau. Would definitely return here.

First cruise booked very easily and quickly with a very experienced agent.

From start to finish Hayes were amazing from booking the holiday to taking payments over the phone explaining any queries you might have? When we arrived at the airport the reps were all there to receive us and help us with all our luggage, stickers ect and we all got free drinks on arrival when we are on the cruise. A representative called Paula was on board and she was absolutely excellent and extremely helpful . Any questions you may have had for her, I would highly recommend Hayes travel. They were pleasure to deal with.

I dealt with Kerrie from Newry and she was extremely helpful , explaining everything and getting back to me when I needed more time to think about it.
I didn’t feel any pressure to book there and then .
