Unforeseen circumstances.
Went to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances. It was dealt with understanding and no pressure to change our minds which was greatly appreciated. Had help booking another trip and would definitely use Hays again.

Excellent, competent service by Sally. Walked out of the agency with all requirements met- flights, coach and hotels all booked.
However, very disappointed with price quoted for insurance.Just being 74, with no consideration given to our overall good health and fitness levels has meant we did not accept it.If other reputable insurance firms can accept us, after asking about our health etc I feel Hayes could be a lot more competitive.
