Wealth of knowledge with a warm welcome
I had a really positive experience in Hays Travel when booking my holiday. It’s the kind of experience that you simply can’t get from booking online. For me the face to face interaction is absolutely essential Katie is friendly and professional she had a wealth of knowledge and hand fulls of tips and advice. She showed me respect and understanding for my needs and wants for my holiday. I felt listened to and all the staff were friendly and inviting. I love how I was offered a drink and warm welcome when I walked in 🙂

Very approachable, friendly and efficient.
I have always used Hays to book our holidays. They give peace of mind everything is taken care of. Aimee has dealt with our latest two bookings this year and has proven that, along with other staff, that no question is too silly and to be very approachable

I was looked after by Claire who was very honest with her information and gave us many options to choise from. We were not sure when we wanted to go and we were given very good advice. I would recommend Claire and she has helped my husband in the past and i'm sure in the future.

We were welcomed with a smile on entering. We were seen to very quickly by Aimee who took us through everything we wanted and completed our booking. This is the second time we have booked with Aimee and had excellent customer service. All the staff are pleasant and welcoming.

All staff in the Hays Travel Newton Aycliffe shop were polite and friendly. I was made welcome, and offered a coffee, while my Agent, Aimee, supported my needs with a professional and friendly manner. All necessary paperwork for my travel needs were explained very well. I would be happy to return to this particular shop for any travel needs in the future.
