Staff was very good help me.booking our Cruise

Being charged £48.00 going 27,3,26 and £65.00 coming back 30,3,26. I have used suitcase before on easyjet flights and there's never been a problem. 2 easyjet holidays last year. I have another 4 easyjet holidays booked but if the £113. 00 isn't refunded back into my bank account then I will book holidays elsewhere.
Great holiday but for this poor decision.
Hays travel staff been great but this issue with easyjet been poor decision to make extra money. I could have changed suitcase if there was a problem but I wasn't tolded until I was getting on the plane . I was at the airport before 4am fight not until 6am. I parked car with park & fly and could've switch suitcase with backpack that I had in my other medium size suitcase. Very poor and let down.

The representative was great .made it so easy for me to book my holiday.
