I booked through Nicola at Hays travel and from the very first message she has responded promptly, answering any questions I've had and made the booking process easy.

Your representative (Nicola) was very knowledgeable and offered a first class, friendly service. She explained a number of queries without hesitation and put our minds at ease during the booking process.

I was on the tightest (quite embarrassing) budget but Nicola found me numerous holidays with everything i had asked for. Trawling the sites all day myself was such a minefield but within an hour of contacting Nicola, I had booked a fabulous holiday x can't thank her enough x
