My wife and I are just back from NYC a dream holiday booked by Nikki, there's not much I can add that the other reviews don't cover. Nikki is patient, friendly, professional, knowledgable, flexible and understanding she really is the GOAT at booking holidays our location was smash bang in the centre of Manhattan and an amazing friendly classy hotel at a great price!
We've booked kos for October week again she ticked every box and answered every question ... and their were a lot of questions lol with no issues.
If you want a stress free time at booking a holiday Nikki is your travel agent and I'll tell you something she is a credit to jays travel and we sincerely hope they know how luck they are to have an employee like this!
