Effective, pleasant and professional.
The customer service I was provided with was excellent. I was supported to book a flight for the dates I wanted and the staff member helped me to download the flight tickets/boarding passes etc electronically (which I am not familiar with). She did this in a very effective, pleasant and professional manner.

Great service and lovely staff. The staff at hays northfield are really helpful, always reply in a timely manner and will do their best to help you tailor make your holiday. We’ve booked 3 holidays with hays northfield and have always been really happy with the service, no job too big or small. The staff are really knowledgable and obviously do plenty of travelling themselves

Couldn’t get the hotel we wanted as we would have to go direct to on the beach Harry was brilliant found us a hotel within our price range which was better than the original hotel we wanted Harry was so helpful polite and professional all questions were answered without hesitation we had a really good experience

I went to your Bromsgrove branch and dealt with Debbie, I gave her our holiday requirements for New York and came out of the branch after 45 mins not too happy as she couldn’t find us a deal. The next day I went to your Northfield branch and spoke to Paige, she went out of her way to find us a good deal for New York. The customer service was much better and more positive. Paige ended up getting us a good deal and we are now booked for NYC in 2027. Thanks again Paige.
