Megan provided s fantastic service
Megan found me a direct flight from and back to Birmingham. She down loaded the airlines app and got my ticket and boarding pass for me and made sure itt was in my Apple wallet before I left.

Fantastic first class service
For the moment we arrived we were treated as valued customers.
Paige went over & above to sort our special Japan holiday out. She was extremely professional, calm & pleasant.

We went into Hays looking to book a city break for travel a couple of weeks later. We saw Suzanne and she was brilliant at always. She is so thorough and although we had already got an idea of where we wanted to stay and who we wanted to travel with she took time to see if she could find something comparable for a lower cost. She helped us with all of our (many!) questions and we booked a fabulous break!

Amazing staff
Both Brandon and Suzanne did their utmost to help sort out the issues for a once in a lifetime trip. Several visits were required with multiple options identified with the upgraded flights being the issue.
