The lady taking the booking was lovely, very friendly and helpful....no messing about got on with it quickly even got us a cup of tea (don't usually get that).

Lovely simple booking process

Appalling customer service from Northwich branch - I called to make some amendments to a booking and was eventually answered by Katy. I suggested at the end of the call that as I waited for an unanswered call just ringing out that it may be a good idea to install an answer phone. Her response was curt and said that there was no need to have this and put the phone down on me - would not use this travel company : branch ever again !
