Appalling customer service from Northwich branch - I called to make some amendments to a booking and was eventually answered by Katy. I suggested at the end of the call that as I waited for an unanswered call just ringing out that it may be a good idea to install an answer phone. Her response was curt and said that there was no need to have this and put the phone down on me - would not use this travel company : branch ever again !

We visited Hays Travel in Northwich…
We visited Hays Travel in Northwich after trawling through endless holiday sites and brochures to no avail. We were met by Rebecca and we were made to feel welcome and were soon put at ease. Rebecca listened to our wishes for a relaxing week away in the sun and within a few minutes we were sorted with no pressure at all. Rebecca was excellent throughout and really thorough and helpful 👏 we can't thank her enough. Would definitely recommend Hays at Northwich.
