We only went in to make an enquiry…
We only went in to make an enquiry about a deal in the window but we were so impressed by the staff, their pleasantness, enthusiasm, knowledge and help. So much so that we actually made a booking for a cruise there and then. That hadn't been out intention but we were sold by the great deal, not by any pressure or pushiness.
So excited.

Friendly Northwich branch…
We went to the Northwich branch and Laura was the lady who helped us to book our holiday. Laura was extremely helpful, easy to talk to, friendly and very patient.
We have used this branch for many years and always get great service. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Laura.

Great service as usual
Scarlet did the booking and was very helpful arranging private tranfers and booking escape lounge All achieved within 30 mins.Today Hannah was very helpful dealing with currency and advice re the need for visas being neccessary and sending on the links we require to obtain these.

Trip on the Nile changed
We had made an error in booking a trip on the River Nile, we had wanted to visit the Valley of the Kings but when looking at the itinerary discovered it wasn't on the trip we booked. So we returned to the shop and spoke to Scarlet who rearranged the ship for us with TUI and it was the same price. Many thanks to Scarlet.

Speedy service - we had chosen where we wanted to go. Friendly staff - helpful answering any questions we had. Took the onus off me with the booking and trying to print out documentation/using phone etc
