The staff are always so friendly and today Cathy absolutely made my day. I had been dithering about Canada - where to go , which way I would do it - East to West, just the Mounties etc but she smashed it. A big fat FIVE to her and she should be highly praised.

Very helpful staff
Very pleasant and interested staff. I felt he was knowledgeable and experienced and gave me the time to explore every thing I asked. I enquired about several destinations. He explored all destinations I asked about and we settled on a good value and targeted expectations holiday for each place. I went away with 3 good holidays printed out and came back within the hour and booked 1. Would definitely recommend talking to Aidan.

Kerry went out of her way in dealing and sorting out our cruise. Left Hays with our cruise ideas. Kerry came back after couple of days with all the transfers / hotels and basically did all the leg work. Can not thank her enough.

Lovely Cathy
Me and my friend went in to book a coach holiday and the minute we walked through the door we were greeted by Cathy who went above and beyond to make sure we got the holiday we wanted. It took a while as her system was not overly fast but she was patient and lovely. She explained every detail of our holiday so we came away with the holiday we wanted. Very Happy, and thank you Cathy but the terrible busker outside the shop needs to go :)
