Holiday
Walked into the newly decorated shop, there were 4 agents sitting at desks, graham who we have booked with before was with a couple, so we went to Mia. We already knew where we wanted to go on Holiday, so it was easy to book. Mia even arranged airport assistance and also late check out room. We were offered tea or coffee while booking took place, it was a nice relaxing experience

Excellent customer service …
I was alerted to a voucher I had been sent through to Hays and my friend and I had a trip in mind. Graham investigated it and was able to get us good price ( pre imminent increase) despite the temporary closure of our local branch. This was all done by phone and email. Excellent customer service.
