When we arrived, we didn’t even know where we wanted to go. Heather chatted with us for a while to get some idea of who we were and what we liked. Within 30 minutes, she had narrowed the search and found us a perfect destination that had all the pieces that would suit my wife and myself. Heather even sorted out airport experience, with parking, fast tracking and lounges, so we had nothing left to do but arrive at the airport.
Excellent service with a smile and some humor added in. We would definitely use this agency again.

I wanted to book a holiday in Majorca for June 2027. Elaine, who was assisting me, was very professional, efficient and friendly. She found the best available deal for the holiday I wanted and booked it for me with the minimum of fuss before printing all the necessary paperwork for me. Amazing staff the only issue is logging into my account every time I come out I have to put the password in and they created my password too long and sometimes it doesn’t recognise the password. The service was excellent in the shop tho.
