A wonderful reception with attentive staff on our arrival at the oldbury office. We were delighted with the result of our holiday booking with the guidance of Chantelle , thank you.

The Agent office is light, bright and clean. I liked how spacious it was and that made my booking experience quieter and personal with Maria my agent.
Maria was easy to talk to and I appreciated speaking with someone with years of experience.
There was some banter but not too much and my booking was easy and straightforward. Maria politely answered any questions I had with first rate knowledge.
My Travel insurance was also purchased with Maria that day and I could exchange money also on the premises.
I had a very positive experience with Hayes Travel.

Charli was great, easy to talk to had alot of patience. ( we weren't sure what we wanted as it was so last minute). Within 30 minutes we had booked and paid for what we hope will be a fantastic holiday!
