First time booking a cruise…
First time booking a cruise so was not completely sure what I wanted or how it worked but Kevin was brilliant. He took time (3 hrs) to show us various options, make comparisons and finally book it. I’ve never used a travel agent before - always sorted myself - but I would definitely use Hays again.

Price match for Emirates Holiday
Phoned to do a price check for Emirates holiday, gave us a quote phoned and spoke to Summer at Oldbury branch had everything booked and confirmed within minutes. She managed to save us some money and matched everything we were getting on original quote . Extremely happy with service we received.

She asked if we wanted her to work out cost of Half Board compared to B&Breakfas. She did but we opted for B&B so we could explore the Resort to eat out

Hayes Travel, Oldbury, last minute booking.
I visited Hayes travel in Oldbury twice, to book a holiday after a stressful 12 months.
Both times I saw Charli, who was patient and very helpful in choosing a holiday to suit my requirements.
The first visit was just to see what the procedure was and to get a general view of prices etc.
On the second visit we were able to identify and book a holiday for me.
It was helpful that Charli had the notes she had made from my first visit.
I was pleased that, with only a week's notice, everything was managed smoothly.
I do hope that the holiday goes as smoothly.
I will certainly use Hayes Travel again.
