I called into Hays Travel as a first time customer having never booked a holiday away before. I was greeted by a lady called Gail (Oldham Branch) and she couldn’t do enough to put me at ease and help sort me and my family out with a spectacular deal. Everything was explained thoroughly and was made easy to understand. I left feeling very excited and I can’t praise Gail enough for all her help, a very pleasant, considerate, helpful lady. Very pleased and satisfied with my first experience of booking a holiday.
