I have yet to go on my Cruise, but the level of service was unquestionable. I popped in on the off chance and explained to Ella what I was thinking and possibly looking for in a holiday. I left that with her and the very next day she found a holiday within my requirements. I was not 100% certain of my holidays at work and another colleague followed through with a call asking if I was interested in what Ella found for me. A couple of days later it was realised that I could travel on those dates and I went in to book my holiday.
Ella took great care of me and a colleague even offered more assistance too. They were approachable and certainly work as an effective team. I felt safe, which is a good thing, since I am a solo traveler. Thank you. 😁
