Staff are very experienced and helpful

We had previously had a quote for a holiday but decided to leave it till a little nearer the time to check prices again.
Found prices had lowered but instead of booking online we decided to go in store instead.
Eva was very good and guided us through the departure airports and we decided to try another airport to our usual one.
Process of booking was very quick and very satisfied with service received and documentation given.

She was able to book a hotel in Jersey on the dates and times we requested from Liverpool John Lennon
My wife and I are very happy with this service

We went in the store to buy dollars and the young lady was very helpful, her name was Katie.
We ended up booking a cruise with her she was very informative and told us everything we needed to know.

I have booked are holidays abroad with Hayes Travel for several years now, once decided where to travel to we pop into our local Hayes Travel and the rest is history. All taken care of we usually ask for Erika , very professional knows her job, no complaints on that score.

When to Hays Travel to book a holiday that I had seen online with Easy Jet. Staff where great and knowledgeable and efficient. Sorted and book the holiday within 15 minutes brilliant. Great experience would highly recommend them.
