Finding HELPFULNESS!!!not the opposite
I chose Hays Travel in Ormskirk as I find one of the staff in Southport particularly unhelpful and quite condescending!!
Therefore I cannot risk getting 'him'.
As soon as we walked in Hays Travel Ormskirk,the atmosphere was welcoming and Erika was 5 star helpful and patient until we found what we wanted.
Helpfulness and NO condescending attitude is a massive plus!!Would recommend this store

We’ve booked with Hays Ormskirk for three years now, and always with Jayne.
We couldn’t have been happier with the choices Jayne guided us to make. She listens so well to what we want our holiday to be and has found us the perfect place each time. Erika has once again found an amazing experience for my children and I!!
This was the best the holiday that we ever been on! Cannes is a beautiful holiday destination with the best of everything. The hotel was lovely and clean and the buffet breakfast delicious. The hotel was very close to the centre of Cannes that had the most gorgeous beach and port, designer shops and many fine dining areas to eat. Cannes has fantastic train links to Nice, Antibes, Monte Carlo that run every 15 minutes so the day trips to Monaco and Nice were easy to do.
