Great communication, first by email then in the shop from Georgina. She was very welcoming and knowledgable about the areas we were looking to visit.
Where she could she used her own experiences to help us choose our destination, but also backed that up with facts and information online.
She covered every aspect of our trip and we felt very well looked after from start to finish.
We will be using Hays travel for all our future holiday planning.

I booked my foreign currency online…
I booked my foreign currency online with the Hays travel click and collect service.
I wished to exchange £600 Sterling into Swiss Francs with an exchange rate of 1.037 Swiss Francs to the £1. This equated to 630 Swiss Francs which I was happy with.
I got a confirmation email from Hays Travel to that effect.
When I went to collect the currency from the Paignton Branch I was told I could only have 600 Swiss Francs and not what I had ordered online. The assistant even had my purchase email with my click and collect order infront of here.
She could offer me no explanation why I couldn't have the amount of Swiss France I had ordered.
Shocking service, won't be using this Company again.
