Great knowledge about cruises which is what I booked. Lisa helped me through the booking process, explained how the plus and premium packages worked with Princess Cruises and advised to contact them if I had any further questions.

Lisa was so helpful, Lisa spent a good hour on the phone with us getting the perfect cruise for my family, giving us lots of tip and helpful advice with this being our first cruise. Ive never booked using a travel agent before snd always booked holidays myself but after following Lisa & Paul's page on Facebook a while, I saw a holiday - Disney Cruise - but had some questions as we had minimal idea of what to expect as never been on a cruise before.

Within 10mins of messaging, I had a phone call with Lisa - so casual, so down to earth, went through absolutely everything that we needed to know and it was an instant 'let's book' moment. Lisa couldn't have been any more helpful and I will 1000% be using Lisa & Paul again in the future!
