After booking our holiday online, there was an issue with the direct debit page. We received a call later that same evening to sort it all out and was given sterling service by the agent.

The agent matched my holiday requests perfectly. Important to me was the airport from which I wished to depart, the hotel by the beach with own pools, the inclusive account and the date of departure. All of which was completed so quickly. I was delighted.

I have never used Hays travel to book a holiday, I saw a zero deposit offer for Jet2 holiday for next year and like most had a look. Easy enough online process site was sluggish and did have to refresh to get the zero deposit holidays to load up I think this was probably high traffic from everyone in UK having a look at the deals haha. Booked the holiday we found and tbh always been put off by Jet2 as in past thought they were exstorcinate but some really good deals through Hays all baggage and transfers included I myself forget when booking on other sites how much these are to add on when you think you getting great deal. Booked our holiday and got a pending email sent and an advisor would contact within 24 hours. Rocky called within 15 minutes and was great, clearly explained the process went into detail about the package we had booked and ensured all travellers details were correct. Very quick call but all queries answered, opted for the zero deposit offer absolute cracking deal to get a holiday booked and spread across 10 monthly direct debit payments. Rocky was great, explained everything in great detail. Confirmation email sent quickly after getting off the phone from Rocky and easy access to Hays and Jet2 app to see the holiday.

Only downside I would say and this is not against Rocky it's the app it would be easier to be able to add extras on through the app. It is easy to contact your travel consultant as an email is sent across with their numbers email etc but I do like when I can utilise the app more. Just a suggestion that would make the overall experience better, even if it was added to the app and the advisor received it for review and confirmed when done. From previous experience of booking with Jet2 direct I suppose that's what I expected where the app is more active. Not an issue overall just think it would make it better but certainly isn't a put off as Rocky is very responsive and deals with all queries promptly. 😊
