We recently booked our trip to San Francisco, Los Angeles and Las Vegas through Benjamin Mahoney at Hay’s Travel, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

From the very beginning, Benjamin was extremely helpful and full of useful suggestions, particularly from his own experiences of travelling. He was incredibly quick at finding us some of the best and most affordable flights and hotels, and every hotel we stayed in across San Francisco, Los Angeles and Las Vegas was excellent. Despite having fantastic reviews and high ratings, they were all very reasonably priced, which made a huge difference to the overall trip.

One thing that really stood out was how helpful Benjamin was when we discovered an error with our flights very close to the holiday. He managed to help correct the issue and save me a significant amount of money and a lot of unnecessary stress and hassle. His responses were always very prompt, which is even more impressive considering he is cabin crew himself and travels a lot.

What made the experience even better was that Benjamin genuinely took an interest in our holiday while we were away. He would check in to see how we were getting on, ask where we had been and recommend places for us to visit based on his own experiences. It felt like we were getting advice from someone who genuinely wanted us to have the best possible holiday, rather than simply someone who had booked our flights and hotels.

We had an amazing time in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Las Vegas, and I would definitely book through Benjamin again. I’ve already passed his details on to multiple friends and family members, and I’m actually in the process of looking at booking another holiday with him.

I rang to arrange a booking for my family to Milan for a football match it was difficult to organise as I was in Tenerife on holiday at the time - Jak was extremely helpful and sent various options and stayed on late to enable me to book, to ensure the matter was completed and I could get on with my holiday

I used web chat and got put threw brandon whittle who from start to finsh was brillant and helpful went above and beyond mange to beat the price for what i was getting to egypt for 2 adaults and 2 children

Just returned from our first cruise which I was very apprehensive about booking. Gayna Walmsley provided all the information I needed, patiently answering my many questions and ensured I was totally happy before confirming the booking. She gave great advice about cabins, upgrades tours etc and remained on hand to deal with issues checking in etc. always dealing with queries very quickly. Thanks to her our trip was a real success and my husband had a great birthday. She also followed up with a call when we returned to check all had went well. Brilliant service

After booking our holiday online, there was an issue with the direct debit page. We received a call later that same evening to sort it all out and was given sterling service by the agent.

The agent matched my holiday requests perfectly. Important to me was the airport from which I wished to depart, the hotel by the beach with own pools, the inclusive account and the date of departure. All of which was completed so quickly. I was delighted.
