Another great job done by Janet. Phoned the shop at 9.30 and explained what i was looking for, went in at 11.10. and everything was ready for me to choose. Holiday booked within the hour and i went home a very satisfied customer. No problems at all, everything went well from start to finish. Full marks for the visit 10 out of 10.

As always very professional
As always very professional, clean and welcoming. We have been to other travel agents in the past but this is by far the best and we have now been coming here for years to book our holidays.we always ask for Jackie Sunderland as she seems to know exactly ehsg we would be happy with and nothing is too much trouble for her.

Hays Perth deserve a Five Star Rating
We have been customers of Hays Travel in Perth since it took over the business from Thomas Cook in the same shop. We deal almost exclusively through deputy manager Alisoun Kaya who has been brilliant in looking after every aspect of our planned bookings, travels and accommodation. Alisoun provides the perfect blend of professionalism, knowledge, skills, care, attention, sensitivity, efficiency and not least humour and friendliness. She is the perfect ambassador for Hays Travel and our thanks to Jackie, Alisoun and the team for everything.
