This is the fourth holiday we have booked through Hays in Perth, over the last two years. We don't go anywhere else. The staff are excellent, & very knowledgeable. The booking process & on the holiday, we haven't had any problems. Keep up the great work.

Comfortable atmosphere and Jenny plus other staff were knowledgeable ans open.

Jackie did our booking this time, but all the staff are familiar with our preferences, from the destination, to the accommodation and the airlines we will Not Fly with.
So, it was a smooth booking process, that was concluded very quickly as the girls are so used to us.
We would not go past Jackie and her team. Even though it is Tui accommodation we prefer, we book through Jackie and team, rather than the Tui agent in Perth. It is the familiarity of dealing with trusted staff we prefer

Jackie welcomed me into the branch and asked all the relevant questions to assist me in finding the right type of holiday for my dates and budget. Jackie provided in-depth knowledge and detail to all my many questions along with her own knowledge of the area I wanted to visit. We have booked many foreign holidays at Hays and have always been pleased with the help and the service we have received there. The staff are knowledgeable and keen to book exactly the holiday we are looking for. Jenna made a real effort to book the hotel we wanted although that wasn’t straightforward. We have no complaints whatsoever and are always keen to recommend Hays in Perth.

Again a very pleasant experience at Hayes Perth. Jacqui as always has been so patient and knowledgeable on our needs and requests and our booking experience was so smooth and pleasurable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
